This community is for you if you are
A brand new supervisor
who is committed but not yet prepared to do the job well, who may be struggling with imposter syndrome, time management, difficult conversations, all of the above and more. It’s hard for everyone, and with the right support, you can and will get better.
A current supervisor
who has been at it for a while but never got the training or support you needed or deserved and are ready to claim what is rightfully yours! It’s not too late. We can help you no matter how long you’ve been at it. You already have a foundation and we can help you build on that foundation.
In charge of developing supervisors
