The Journey Never Ends
No matter how long you have been a supervisor, there is always the opportunity to learn and grow. Each month, new resources and opportunities to connect will be added to The Supervisors Circle. As you continue to invest in your growth, remember to focus on your strengths while simultaneously working on your weaknesses and struggles. Your strengths are your biggest gift to those you supervise- keep getting better at what you are good at while you continue to work on improving what you’re not so good at.
